🚚 Deliveries to Sentosa & non-residential addresses are charged at a separate rate. 

Kindly ensure the recipient’s exact address and contact details are correct, as failed deliveries may be subject to redelivery fees.

Each arrangement is unique—no two are identical. While the concept, quantity, and type of flowers remain consistent, every piece will have its own slight variation.

Flower availability varies with the seasons. If a specific flower isn’t available, we’ll replace it with a similar or higher-value option without prior notice. (Wrapping styles may also vary slightly, but the overall design will remain consistent.)

Modifications to any customized order after completion will incur a fee:

• +$25 SGD for items priced at $50 SGD and under.
• +$50 SGD for items priced above $50 SGD.

Please note, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once products are received and signed for.

Your personal information remains confidential. Photos shared on social media or other platforms will only be posted with owner-approved consent.

Preserved flowers (if customised) are available by pre-order and require at least one week’s notice (unless stated otherwise) before the collection date. For fresh flower orders, pre-ordering is also recommended whenever possible.

Please note that we do not deliver to restricted locations, including hospitals, airports, MBS, dormitories, student hostels, or high-security sites (e.g., military camps and government buildings).
