Each floral arrangement is handcrafted & unique- no 2 pieces will be identical. While the concept, flower type, and quantity will remain consistent, slight variations in design may occur.

Flower availability may vary due to seasonality. If a specific flower is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar/ higher-value flower without prior notice. Wrapping styles may also vary slightly, but the overall design will remain consistent.

Seasonal surcharges will apply for certain flowers during peak periods or limited availability.

Deliveries to Sentosa and non-residential addresses are charged at a separate rate.

Please ensure the recipient's exact address & contact details are correct when placing your order. Failed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.

We do not deliver to restricted locations, including hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, airports, MBS, dormitories, student hostels, and high-security areas (e.g., military camps/ government buildings).

Modifications to customised orders after completion will incur the following fees:

• +$25 SGD for items priced $50 SGD & below
• +$50 SGD for items priced above $50 SGD

• Customised preserved flower arrangements require at least 1 week's notice before the collection date (unless otherwise stated).
• For fresh flower orders, pre-ordering is also recommended whenever possible to ensure flower availability.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once products have been received and signed for.
