Flower availability varies with the seasons. If a specific flower isn’t available, we’ll replace it with a similar or higher-value option without prior notice. (Wrapping styles may also vary slightly, but the overall design will remain consistent.)

Please note, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once products are received and signed for.

Preserved flowers (if customised) are available by pre-order and require at least one week’s notice (unless stated otherwise) before the collection date. For fresh flower orders, pre-ordering is also recommended whenever possible.

We do not deliver to restricted areas, including hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, airports, MBS, dormitories, student hostels, and high-security locations (e.g., military camps, government buildings).
